Far South Film members Lee Grant, Raymond Toms, Hiromi Matsuoka, Jacqui Howarth, Lis Shelley, Denise Haslem and Chloe Bobbin are making The Oud Maker, a story about Faouzi Saouli, immigrant to the South Coast, luthier and musician.

Far South Film is working in collaboration with the One Book One Community to produce short films relevant to the themes explored in the book : There Was Still Love by Favel Parrett.

The films will be previewed at the Meet the Author event at the Tathra Hotel from 4.30pm on 15th February 2020.
