Far South Film Inc in association with The Story Mill present a workshop entitled “Creating & Funding Indie Films & Arts”.

Making a movie is a journey filled with excitement, challenges, and creative fulfilment. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the writer, director and producer of the award-winning film Evicted! A Modern Romance.

Sophie Saville and Rowan Devereux will take participants behind the scenes of the making of the film, the creative processes, how to fund arts projects and the making and selling of independent films in Australia. Not only is this is a chance to learn and gain valuable insights into independent filmmaking, the insights apply to other arts practices and projects.

The filmmakers will share tips and tricks, providing access to exclusive resources that aid every stage of production. The workshop is aimed at filmmakers, film lovers, independent artists and creatives.
